Administration and Personnel
Background
The ECWA Administration and Personnel Department started in 1992 as an Administrative Section headed by an Administrative Assistant under the General Secretary. In 1997, the Section became a department headed by a Director.
The units under the department at inception included: Estate, Public Relations, Personnel, and Information & Media, which were manned by Heads of Units (HOUs).

ECWA Administration and Personnel Department exists to glorify God by managing ECWA properties, human and natural resources and information. These are done through staff recruitment, development, promotion, maintenance, custody of properties, storage and dissemination of information for the benefit of staff members.
Administration and Personnel Department envisions coordinating properties, human and natural resources in ECWA, according to Biblical and global standards.
Administration and Personnel Department is an arm of ECWA entrusted with the responsibilities of personnel leadership, enhancement of physical environment, staff information management and other services.
